 Darryl Val Kay, 71, of Cape Coral, FL tool his last Harley ride to heaven 
Sunday April 8, 2012. He was born in Cleveland, OH January 22, 1941 to Jack 
and Florice Kay. Darryl served his country honorably with the U.S. Navy from 
1960-1966. 
 He married his wife in 1967 and lived in Fairview Park, OH. He was a 
journeyman plumber. Darryl moved to Cape Coral in 1979 and worked for Franzese 
Plumbling until 1999. 
 Survivors include his wife of 44 years, son, daughter, sister, four 
grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
 A memorial service will be conducted 2:00 PM Saturday, April 21, 2012 at 
Fuller Metz Funeral Home, Cape Coral. Memorial contributions may be made to 
Hope Hospice
