 Captain Dennis Leady, born November 7, 1957, died unexpectedly April 9, 2012 
in N. Fort Myers, FL. He ws born in Toledo, OH to Jim and Rose Marie. 
 He is survived by the love of his life, daughter and son and their families, 
stepchildren, two brothers and five nieces. 
 The funeral servuce will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Ohio on 
Monday, April 16, 2012 at 11:00 a.m . Interment will follow at Whitehouse 
Cemetery.
