The Lehigh  Acres Citizen April 25, 2012
 Herman Liddle 89, of Lehigh Acres, FL formerly of Morgantown, W. VA, died 
Saturday, April 14, 2012. He was born Feb. 22, 1923, in Worth W. VA to the 
late John and Thelma (Harman) Liddle.
 He was a veteran of WWII, having served with the U.S Army Air Corps.
 He retired from the mining industry as a supervisor after 27 years of servce, 
having been employed with Arkwright, Blacksville and Humphrey Coal Mines. 
 He as preceded in death by his wife, Ida Marie, on July 29, 1995; five 
brothers and two sisters.
 Survivors include two sons and their families, sister, eight grandchildren 
and five great-grandchildren.
 Services will be held in Morgantown, W. VA. Hodges-Farley Funeral is handling 
the local arrangements.
