 Richard "Dick" Losch, 84, of Cape Coral,FL passed away on Friday, March 30, 
2012. He was born on March 12, 1928 in Evanston, IL to Henry and Catharine 
Losch. Richard was a Veteran of WWII and the Korean War serving as a Sergeant 
First Class with the U.S Army 7th Infantry Division. He retired after 20 
years, as a police officer frm the Elk Grove Police Department. He was a past 
Commander and Chaplain for V.F. W Post 8463, Cape Coral. He was an avid 
winemaker.
 He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, six children and their 
families, 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He is preceded in 
death by his brother, Robert.
 Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m on Monday at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, Cape 
Coral. Funeral Services willbe at 10 am on Tuesday, at the funeral home. 
Military Honors will be proveded at the graveside.
