The News Press
 Russ was a rare person that worked at friendship his entire life. He was 
truly a people person, they brought out the best in him and he in them. He 
used this gift to mentored many young people throughout his life. This rare 
ability enabled him to be successful in his carrer, becoming national sales 
manager of a major tire manufacturer in his early thirties. He retired after 
20 years to become partners with his wife and owned The Cape Light House.
 He was a membe of Delta Upsilon fraternity at Penn State and he was a 32nd 
degree mason. 
 He is survived by his wife of 52 years, a son and a grand-daughter. He was 
preceded in death by his second son R. Scott Miller, and his parents and 
sister.
 His life celebration is planned for Oct.23, 2011 3:00-6:00 p.m at Tarpon Point
Marina.
