 Barbara Jean Thomas Ragland, 81, of St. Petersburg and Ft. Myers, FL and 
Carrollton, GA passed away on March 10, 2012. She was born in Chattanooga, TN, 
married J.W. Daniell and raised her family in Carrollton and Newnan, Georgia. 
She married George Ragland in 1993 a they began a full time Christian 
ministry, Wings of Victory Internatinal the following year.
 She is survived by her sister, brother, her four children and their families, 
nine grandchildren,and eleven great-grandchildren and her husband's five 
children and their families.
 She is preceded in death by her husband, George Ragland and her infant son 
Ricky Caniell.
 There will be a wake on Monday, March 12, 2012 at 7:30 PM at the home of Evan 
and Avis Daniell, Ft. Myers. Burial will be in Carrollton, GA with date to be 
determine.
