 Memorial services will be held for Kevin Shea, 67, of Lehigh Acres, FL on 
Dec. 10 at 1 p.m. at the chapel of the Lehigh Acres Hospice House, Lehigh 
Acres, FL. Shea died November 29, 2011 at Gulf Coast Hospital in Fort Myers, 
FL after suffering a massive stroke at his home over the Thanksgiving holiday.
 He was the son of the late Laurence M. and Marguerite Shea of Lehigh Acres. 
He was never married. He was born in Washington, D.C and graduated from 
American University with a bachelor of arts degree, and he attended Western 
Reserve University of San Diego, California and received his law degree and 
was admitted to the California Bar.
 He served in the U.S Navy for two years at the National Navy Medical Center 
in Bethesda, MD and spent two years stationed in Guam
 He was employed for several years with the Veterans Administration.
 He is survived by a brother and two sisters and several nieces and nephews.
 He was a member of the board of commissioner of the Lehigh Acres Fire Control 
and Rescue District.
 Interment will be in the National Veterans Cemetery in Sarasota, FL with a 
private family ceremony.
