 The Hon. John S. Teschner, 77, died February 13, 2012 in Fort Myers, FL. He 
was born in Shorewood, WI to Paul and Helen Teschner January 29, 1935. 
 He is survived by his beloved wife, a son and daughter, stepson and daughter, 
four grandchildren,two brothers,and three sisters and their families.
 John grew up in Elmhurst, IL, graduated Southern Illinois University and was 
honorably discharged as a captain from the U.S. Air Force. He received a 
Doctor of Law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. The Illinois 
Supreme Court appointed him a DuPage County Circuit Court Judge and he served 
over 20 years before retiring in 1995. He moved from Wheaton to the Barrington 
IL area and Fort Myers, FL.
 A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, February 18 at 11 a.m at Ft. 
Myers Congregational Church. Another celebration will be held in Illinois in 
May.
