 Albert Tidwell (Bert), 78, of Pine Island, FL passed away October 12, 2011. 
Preceded in death by his wife Dianne Davis Tidwell and Sally Maxson Tidwell, 
his parents, Albert L. Tidwell II and Janet MacGregor and brother, Gregor 
Tidwell.
 A commissioned Officer in the U.S Army serving in the Korean War. Practiced 
law in Columbus Ohio for over 20 years. Moved to Florida in 1986 and sold real 
estate for Pine Island Realty. In 1994 Bert returned to his passion, 
practicing law, and did so until his sudden death.
 Survived by his wife, two children , grandchildren  and sister-in-laws.
 A celebration of his life will be held with family and friends from 12-3 PM 
with sharing at 1:00 on November 19, 2011 St. James City, FL.
