 John M. Turturro, 91, of Fort Myers Beach, FL passed away peacefully on 
October 12, 2011, with is wife of 67 years by his side. 
 John was born in Mt. Kisco, NY. He lived for many years in Stamford, CT 
before moving to Ft. Myers Beach. He graduated from Pratt Institute and worked 
in Manhattan, NY in advertising as a commercial artist.
 He is survived by his wife ,two daughters, a son, seven grandchildren and 
eleven great-grandchildren. 
 John served in the Army Air Corps during World War II and completed 50 
missions. 
 A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 17, 2011 at 11:00 am at 
the Church of the Ascension, Ft Myers, Beach.
