 Louis was born in Albany, NY on March 11, 1930. He passed peacefully on 
December 20, 2011 at Joanne's Hospice House in Bonita Springs, FL surrounded 
by family. 
 He is survived by his devoted wife of 59 years, four sons, a daughter and 
their families, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
 He served his country proudly during the Korean War and was honorably 
discharged from the U.S. Navy. He spent many years as a volunteer firefighter. 
He especially enjoyed his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
 There will be a visitation on Monday, January 9, 2012 from 4:00-5:00 p.m. at 
Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, Ft. Myers, FL. A Celebration of Life 
Service will follow at 5:00 PM.
