It's right at the beginning of the runway, where the planes land, on a small hill. In fact the airport built it's runway around the cemetery. It's county owned and was part of a paupers cemetery. It's over grown with weeds and has many snake holes. You can see many impressions of graves that have sunken into the ground. It's surrounded by chain link fence placed there by the city to block it from the runway and field around the runway. All the graves face the airplanes as they land and if cleared and maintained it would be the first thing visitors see when they arrive in Tallahassee, Florida!
