Last Will and Testament of Beulah Branch I, Beulah Branch, of the County of Leon in the State of Florida declare this to be my last Will, hereby revoking all wills and testamentary papers heretofore made by me- I devise and bequeath all the Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both real and personal, to which I may be entitled or which I may have power to dispose of at my decease unto my brother-in-law Lee V. Dennard and his four children, Willie, Charlie, Freddie and Minnie, share and share alike, and their heirs and assigns forever: And I appoint the said Lee V. Dennard sole Executor of this, my Will. And I direct that he be exempt from giving any surety or security on his official bond as Executor. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 29th day of April, A.D. 1903. W. Whitfield County Judge for the County aforesaid Mrs. Adolph Rosedale the subscribing witness to the foregoing paper writing, who being duly sworn declares and says that W. Beulah Branch did in her presence sign, seal, publish and declare the foregoing paper writing as and for her last Will and Testament: and that she the said witness signed the same as a subscribing witness at the special request of the said testator: and that the said testator signed said paper writing in the presence of Mrs. Sallie E. Joyner, who likewise signed said paper writing as a subscribing witness in the presence of and at the request of said testator and also in the presence of this affiant, and that she verily believes said paper writing to be the last Will and Testament of said Testator.
