The Tampa Morning Tribune, January 14, 1930
The Body of Richard C. Harris, 84, who died at Bradenton Sunday, will be sent
tonight to Rockmart, Ga., his home, where funeral services and burial will be
held Thursday mourning.  The Body will lie in state at F. T. Blount’s funeral
home today.  He is survived by his widow, three sons.  Dr. J. H. Harris of
Wimauma, Roy C. Harris of Wimauma, and Jebe Harris of Stilesboro, Ga.: four
daughters Mrs Susan Stevens of Brandon, Mrs. Katie Bretz of College Park, Ga.,
Mrs. Addle Jolly of Taylorsville, Ga., Mrs. Rene Beason of Rome, Ga., and a
brother. Bob Harris, of Avon Park
