Badger a resident of Ocala County of Marion State of Florida, who being duly sworn according to law, makes the following declaration in order to obtain a pension under the provisions of Chapter 5885, Laws of Florida, approved June 7, 1909. That she is the widow of Edward N. Badger who was enlisted under the name of Edward N. Badger on the………..day of July, 1861, in Company G, 4th Fla. Inft. Regiment of the State of Florida and who was honorably discharged at the close of the war, 1865, on account of close of war. (Here give complete statement of other service, if any.) Badger, deceased, who departed this life on the…….day of November, A. D. [1902] 1892, in the county of Marion, in the State of Florida. I was married to him on the 11th day of March, A. D. [19] 1864, in the county of Barber, in the State of Alabama. I have not remarried since the death of my said husband Edward N. Badger. My husband, the said Edward N. Badger, enlisted and served in the (Military or Naval) Military service of the (What State or Confederate States.) Confederate States during the war between the States of the United States, and he did not desert the Confederate or State service. I have been a resident of the State of Florida for ten consecutive years prior to the date of this application, and that I am not receiving a pension from any other State. …………………………..
