White, deceased, who departed this life on the 7th day of April, A. D. 1907, in the county of Marion, in the State of Florida. I was married to him on the Eighth day of May A. D. 1873, in the county of Marion in the State of Florida. I have not remarried since the death of my said husband Andrew J. White. My husband, the said Andrew J. White (Military or Naval) was a private soldier & enlisted and served in the (What State or Confederate States.) 7th Florida Regiment service of the Confederate States in Virginia & other states, during the war between the States of the United States, and he did not desert the Confederate or State service. I was a resident of the State of Florida on January 1st, 1890 and have since continuously resided in this State, that I do not own property, real or personal to the value of eight hundred dollars. That while he was not present with him company on the 19th day of September, 1864, when the applicant A. J. White was wounded as he (the affiant) was then on detached service, he returned a few days after said date and know that said A. J. White was the suffering from a wound in his neck, which wound the affiant is satisfied was received at the battle of Chickamauga, and affiant firmly believes that all the statements made by the said applicant, by his affidavit are true.
