Juanita Mae Herman, 76, of Summerfield. Survivors include her husband, Robert 
A.; daughter, Nancy Fornshell of Pembrooke Pines; brother, Charles Odell of 
Columbus, Ind.; and one grandchild.

Additional Comments:
She was a registered nurse for a hospital and wsas a member of North Side 
Christian Church in Fruitland Park



Memorial services held at the church with Pastor Ed Kelly officiating. 
Inurnment at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
