Notes:  This transcription is from the Old Bethel Cemetery located in 
Okaloosa County, Crestview, Florida.  No attempt was made to inquire about 
any records for the cemetery for time was of the essence. However, there are 
three phone numbers posted on the sign to the entrance of the cemetery for more 
information. While talking to two visitors at the cemetery, I was informed the 
cemetery had been vandalized in previous years. While surveying, I did see quite 
a few headstones that have been broken. Some have been replaced but most have not.
There are some newspaper reports about the cemetery on file at the Baker Block 
Museum that are very interesting. 

Directions:  From the intersection of Hwy 90 & Hwy 85, follow Hwy 90 west. 
Turn right on Old Bethel Rd. and the cemetery is approximately 2 miles on the 
left.
