Notes:  Old Crestview cemetery aka Garden of Memories is located in 
Okaloosa County, Crestview, Florida. The cemetery is maintained by the city. 
Maintence is performed by correctional inmates. The recent addition of a wrought 
iron and brick fence at the front of the cemetery gives the cemetery a well 
deserved uplift. One should be careful while walking the cemetery as older 
burials are sinking in. 

Directions: From the intersection of Hwy 85 & Hwy 90 in Crestview, take 
Hwy 85 north. From the intersection, the cemetery is approximately 1/2 mile 
on the right. Alot of graves are unmarked or just have concrete slabs. Some of 
the info included in this survey is added by myself for they are family members. 
It is possible there is no headstone for that person or persons. I will indicate 
at the end of the line with ( ) if this is info I added or the person has no 
headstone. The city of Crestview does not have any records on the cemetery. The 
cemetery was surveyed in June 2002.
