D. One Thousand Nine Hundred and 20, personally appeared before me, a notary public in and for the County and State aforesaid ____ a resident of Valparaiso County of Okaloosa State of Florida, who being duly sworn according to law, makes the following declaration in order to obtain a pension under the provisions of Chapter 7259, Laws of Florida, approved June 7, 1917. That she is the lawful widow of M. J. McClenny who enlisted under the name of Moses Jackson McClenny on the ____ day of ____, 1861, in Company H 34 Ala. Regiment of the State of Ala. and who was honorably discharged at Greensboro, N. C., 1865, on account of war ended. For proof of husband's service refer to No. 6666. That she was lawfully married to the said Moses Jackson McClenny under the name of Susan E. Walton in the County of Santa Rosa State of Fla. on the 23 day of Dec. 1895, and that she was not divorced from him before nor has she remarried since his death, which occurred on the 9 day of Dec., 1919, in the County of Okaloosa, State of Fla. except as hereinafter stated. That she is a resident of Okaloosa County, Florida, and has continuously resided in the State of Florida since the ____ day of Jan. 1896. That she was heretofore granted a pension from the State of Florida under Certificate No. 6666. That she is not a pensioner of any other State.
