D. One Thousand Nine Hundred and 19, personally appeared before me, a Notary Public in and for the County and State aforesaid Mrs. Martha C. Peacock a resident of ____ County of Okaloosa State of Florida, who being duly sworn according to law, makes the following declaration in order to obtain a pension under the provisions of Chapter 7259, Laws of Florida, approved June 7, 1917. That she is the lawful widow of Noah D. Peacock who enlisted under the name of Noah D. Peacock on the 1st day of Sept., 1862, in Company F 15th, Ala. Regiment of the State of Alabama and who was honorably discharged at Barnes, Cross Roads Dale County , Ala., 186_, on account of war had closed. For proof of husband's war service refer to pension no. 6628. That she was lawfully married to the said Noah D. Peacock under the name of Martha C. Bridges in the County of Dale State of Alabama on the 20th day of May 1860, and she was not divorced from him before nor has she remarried since his death, which occurred on the 13th day of August, 1919, in the County of Okaloosa, State of Florida except as hereinafter stated. That she is a resident of Okaloosa County, Florida, and has continuously resided in the State of Florida since the 13th day of August 1919. That her husband was heretofore granted a pension from the State of Florida under Certificate No. 6628. That she is not a pensioner of any other State. That her Postoffice address is Galliver Route # 1, County of Okaloosa, State of Florida. Her X mark: Martha C. Peacock Attest: (1) W. A. Cohrin (2) F. I hereby certify that the above declaration, etc., was made known and fully explained to the applicant before swearing, and that I have no interest, direct or indirect, in the prosecution of this claim. Morris Notary Public Report of County Commissioners We, the undersigned, County Commissioners in and for the County of Okaloosa, Florida, do hereby report that at a meeting of the Board of County Commissioners held this day, the foregoing application of Mrs. Martha Peacock for a pension under the Laws of Florida, was investigated by us; that we are satisfied that the applicant has been a bona fide citizen of the State of Florida for eight years just preceding the date of this application, and that the representation made in the petition and affidavits are true, and that a pension should be granted the applicant. Sanders, a Notary Public in and for Shelby County, Texas, on this day personally appeared J. A. Bridges, and L. E. Cooper, both of Shelby County, Texas, with postoffice address at Center, Texas, who, after each being by me duly sworn, depose and say upon their oaths: That we, the said J. A. Bridges and L. E. Cooper, were present in Dale County, Ala., on the 20th day of May, A. D. 1860, when Noah D. Peacock married Martha C. Bridges, which marriage occurred on the last named date, and the marriage ceremony was preformed by Thomas R. Chapman, Justice of the Peace, of Dale County, Ala. This same Martha C. Bridges (Martha C. Peacock) is now living in Galliver County, Ala., and her husband, the said Noah D. Peacock died on the 13th day of August, A. D. 1919, at Galliver, Fla. and she, the said Martha C. Peacock is the surviving wife of the said Noah D. Peacock. We were present and saw and heard the marriage ceremony preformed that made the said Noah D. Peacock and Martha C. Bridges (Martha C. Peacock) man and wife, and we know that they have never been separated or divorced, but were man and wife until the said Noah D. Peacock died on the said 13th day of August, A. D. 1919. J. A.
