D. One Thousand Nine Hundred and 25, personally appeared before me a ____ in and for the County and State aforesaid Vienna E. Tyner a resident of Okaloosa County of Florida, State of Florida, who being duly sworn according to law, makes the following declaration in order to obtain a pension under the provisions of the General Pension Laws of Florida. That she is the lawful widow of W. H. Tyner who enlisted under the name of W. H. Tyner on the ____ day of ____, 186_, in Company E. Clanton's Bat. Regiment of the State of Alabama and who was honorably discharged at Near Andalusia, 186_, on account of close of the war. That he also served For proof of husband's war service, refer to pension No. 8656, filed in the Comptroller's Office. That she was lawfully married to the said W. H. Tyner under the name of Vienna E. Taylor in the County of Covington State of Alabama on the ____ day of April, 1868, and that she was not divorced from him before nor has she remarried since his death, which occurred on the 11th day of September, 1925, in the County of Okaloosa, State of Florida except as hereinafter stated. That she is a resident of Okaloosa County, Florida, and has continuously resided in the State of Florida since the ____ day of April 1888. That she was heretofore granted a pension from the State of Florida under Certificate No. ____. That she is not a pensioner of any other State. I hereby certify that the above declaration, etc., was made known and fully explained to the applicant before swearing, and that I have no interest, direct or indirect, in the prosecution of this claim.
