Information on death certificate was given by Samuel Ken's son, Kit Griffith. 
Kit says the surname of his Dad's mother was Donaldson. I don't know why he 
would say that because all information I have seen says her surname was 
Harvell. It would not be explained by a second marriage for her because she is 
listed in the census reports as Griffith until her death in 1921.
