Survivors include her husband, Willie C.; mother, Macnolia Neal of Plymouth; daughters, Valorie Martin, Sabrina Jones and Felicia Brown; sons, Eddie Fencher, Derrick Fencher and Reginald Fencher; sisters, Janice Neal, Phillis Neal and Marshall Neal, all of Plymouth; brothers, Jimmy William, Jonathan Neal and Gillis Neal, all of Plymouth; 12 grandchildren. Additional Comments: She was a homemaker and member of Holy Ghost Headquarters of Jesus. Also a member of the Usher Board and Food Ministry.
