BULLOCK, H. STANLEY, a progressive representative of the real estate business at Kissimmee, 
Osceola County, and also receiver of the State Bank of Kissimmee, was born at Narcoossee, 
this county, on the 7th of November, 1894, and is a son of S. H. and EDITH C. (CLINE) BULLOCK. 
Of whose eight children he was the first born.  The parents were born in India, their 
respective parents having been prominent English residents of that part of the Orient.

In the public schools of his native county H. STANLEY BULLOCK continued his studies until 
he had profited by the advantages of the high school, he having later completed a course 
in a leading correspondence school and by this means having fitted himself for the profession 
of civil engineer.  He followed this profession four years, and he then became identified 
with the banking business.  He later was chosen cashier of the Miami Bank and Trust Company 
in the City of Miami, and this position he retained until 1920, when he engaged in the 
insurance business in that city, ill health having finally compelled him to retire, whereupon 
he returned to his native county, and within a short time was appointed receiver of the 
State Bank of Kissimmee, the affairs of which institution have since demanded the major part
of his time and attention, though he is also successfully established in the real estate 
business in the county seat.

In the year 1916 was solemnized the marriage of Mr. BULLOCK and Miss ALMA GRIFFIN, who was 
born and reared at Kissimmee, and who is a daughter of C. W. and CARRIE GRIFFIN, of this 
place.  Mr. and Mrs. BULLOCK have one daughter, JOE-BERTA.
