In the Circuit Court of Pasco County.

I Ferinand Wimmer, aged 57 years, occupation farmer, do declare on oath that my personal 
description is:  Color white, complexion fair, height 5 feet 5 inches, weight 132 pounds, 
color of hair gray, color of eyes blue, other visible distinctive marks none; I was born in 
Bavaria, Germany, on the 16th day of October, anno Domini 1856:  I now reside at San Antonio, 
Florida.  I emigrated to the United States of America from Bavaria, Germany on the vessel 
Brown's White; my last foreign residence was Bavaria, Germany.  It is my bona fide intention
to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, 
sovereignty, and particularly to William 2nd, Emperor of Germany, of which I am now a 
subject; I arrived at the port of Baltimore, in the State of Maryland on or about the 15th 
day of June, anno Domini 1886; I am not an anarchist; I am not a polygamist nor a believer 
in the practice of polygamy; and it is my intention in good faith to become a citizen of 
the United State of America and to permanently reside therein:
