Notes: St. Anne of Grace Memory Garden is located .53 miles West of 
Seminole Boulevard at 6660 - 113th Street N. in Seminole, Florida.  The 
columbarium  was dedicated in 1988 with a capacity of 128.  Pinellas 
Genealogy Society project chair Lesleigh Laite Butts conducted the survey
September 18, 2000.  Photographs of the columbarium and garden were taken 
and many obituaries and photos obtained.
