(Ocala, Marion County, Fla.) 1883-194?: July 31, 1891 July 31, 1891 We notice in last week's issue of the St. Petersburg Home, an account of the drowning of Mr. Will Lumpkin, which occurred near that place in Tampa Bay, by the upsetting of a boat in a squall. Mr. Lumkin was accompanied by a Mr. Miller, but the latter succeeded in swimming to the shore. Mr. Lumpkin was well known in Ocala, having lived for a number of years at Blue Springs. The deceased was 28 years of age. His father, mother, sister and brother Glover, are living at St. Petersburg.
