Frances of St. Pete; three daughters, Lalila Cook-Hansen of Bushnell, Cathy 
Gambill of Riddgefield, Wash. and Lisa Miller of Spokane, Wash.; son, Robert A. 
Cook of Ridge Manor; sister, Mary Cingrebe of Pasadena, Texas; 22 grandchildren 
and three great-grandchildren 

Additional Comments:
He served in the U. S. army and was a Mason.
