Duncan, resident here since 1926, coming from Jasper, died at 6:30 a.m. yesterday at his home, 42nd Avenue and 52nd Street North. He was 56. Wilhelm's will announce services. Native of Crawford, Mr. Duncan was a World War I veteran and a retired government employe. He was a member of the American Legion Post, 14, St. Petersburg. Surviving are his wife, Creasie Duncan, St. Petersburg; two daughters, Ruby D. Bowers, and Lula D. Middaugh, both of St. Petersburg; two sons, Charles and Herman Duncan, both of St. Petersburg; two brothers, Mack Duncan , St. Petersburg and Casey Duncan, Dunedin; three sisters, Willie Mae Dees and Flora D. O'Quinn, both of St. Petersburg and Lillie D. Jerden, Bradenton, and his mother, Mrs. Monroe Duncan, St. Petersburg.
