B Hill and wife to Haskell Cemetery Trustees THIS INDENTURE made the fifth day of June in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twelve, between the W. B. Hill and Hazeline (mispelled) Azaline his wife of the State of Florida of the County of Polk parties of the first part J. A. Williams; W. A. Womble, J. F. Crews; trustee for Haskell Cemetery to be used for the burial of white persons, of the County of Polk State of Florida, parties of the second part. WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one dollars lawful money of the United States of America to it in hand paid by the said parties of the second part or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipts whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said parts of the second part and to their successors in office and assigns forever, all the following tract of land, situate lying and being in the County of Polk and State of Florida and described as follows to wit: One acre in the southwest corner of said quarter of the northeast quarter Sec 11, Township 29, Range 24. Together with all and singular the tenaments, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining and every right, title or interest, legal or equitable of the said party of the first part of, in and to the same. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part and succesors and assigns to their own proper use and benefit and behoof forever. And the said party of the first part hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said party of the first part hereunto duly authorized has hereunto subscribed their hand affixed their seal the day and year first above written.
