DEATH AT AUBURNDALE

Died at her home near Auburndale on Sunday April 25th, Mrs. Ella Griffin, wife 
of Jesse M. Griffin.

Deceased was a noble woman a faithful wife and loving mother, a woman whose 
loss to her family is ireparable and who will be missed by the entire 
community in which she lived.

She was a native of Polk County where the thirty two years of her life were 
passed.  There survive her the husband and seven children, her father and 
mother, Mr. and Mrs. John Whidden of Auburndale, and a large circle of 
relatives.  The writer, from an acquaintance of many years as a neighbor and 
friend, can testity that in all the walks of life she was a worthy and 
exemplary character, a noble christian woman.
