Age 66, died Saturday morning at home in Auburndale.  Born in Florida on 02 
Jan 1868.  Funeral services to be held on 30 Sep 1934 at Collins Cemetery.  
Rev. O. E. Sutton of Mt. Olive Baptist church officiating.  

Survivors: Wife, Mrs. Effie Griffin
Four Sons Leslie, Robert, Merrill, and Charles Griffin, Auburndale
Six Daughters:  Mrs. Pearl Ellerbe, Mrs. Jesse Combee, Mrs. Charlie Grimes, 
Mrs. Talmade Palmer of Lakeland, and Misses Minerva and Virgil Griffin of 
Auburndale.  
Brother George T. Griffin of Auburndale
Five Sisters:  Mrs. Morgan Reynolds, Mrs. James Norman, Auburndale
Mrs. James Combee, Mrs. Emmie Combee, and Mrs. William Combee, Lakeland

Member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church amd Masonic Lodge of Auburndale
