St. Lucie County Tribune July 28, 1905
The following cases were disposed of in Judge Andrews' court Monday.

State of Florida vs J. J. Norman who was charged with assault. He was adjudged 
guilty and fined $25 and costs. In view of the fact that the man had a family 
to support, the Court remitted the fine during good behavior.

State of Florida vs Seaburn Norris and Ida Butler, both colored, charged with 
lewd cohabitation. On payment of costs, and marriage of the parties by the 
County Judge, were allowed to go away as man and wife.
