James Curtis "J.C." Buchanan, 75, Wildwood. Survivors include his three jsons, 
James Jr. of Clyde N.C., Scott of Sylvia, N.C., and stepson David Raftis of 
Riverview, Mich.; three daughters, Linda McAlpine of Waynesville, N.C., Joyce 
green of Sylvia, N.C., step daughter Ruth Mercer of Wildwood; six sisters, 
Marie Jones, Zilla McMahan, Jessie Hall  and Emily McMahan, all of Sylvia, 
Hazel Jones of Franklin, N.C., Ruby green of Port Charlotte; brother, Adam 
Buchanan of North Carolina; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He retired from Lee Construction. 

He was also a Protestant and served in th Army and was stationed in Germany.
