Leonard "Big Gear" DeGeer, 66, of Bushnell. Survivors include his wife, 
Shirley of Bushnell; a son, Neil of Australia; two daughters, Lenora Spence of 
Canada and Shelley Zago of Canada; a brother, Ted E. of Jacksonville; a 
sister, Dona DeGeer of Canada and eight grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He worked in construction and was a heavy equipment operator, and attended the 
First Baptist Church in Lake Panasoffkee.

A memorial service held in the chapel of the funeral home withthe Rev. R. Jon 
King officiating.
