Helen B. Frazee, 74, of Lake Panasoffkee. Survivors include her husband, 
Russell E.; two stepsons, Richard of Dehi, N.Y., and Michael of Arlington, 
Texas; stepdaughter, Pamela of Denver, Colo.; brother, John Benn of Commack, 
N.Y.; sister, Theresa Wozniak of Port Richey; eight grandchildren; and three 
great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
She was a member of Lake Panasoffkee First Methodist Church and worked as an 
operator/supervisor for the New York Telephone Company.
