Patrick Gough Galbreath, 74, died at Florida Hospital South, Winter Park. 
Survivors include his wife Gladys Gault; his brother Ruel (Patti); their two 
daughters, kim and Kathy and their families; a first cousin,Judy Martin and 
extended Galbreath family of Lake County.


Additional Comments:
He retired from the Lake County School System.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman and suffered a fatal stroke while fishing 
from the dock at his home. 

A graveside service at Center Hill Cemetery, Center Hill.

Arrangements entrusted to  Purcell Funeral Home, Bushnell.
