Edwin P. 'Ed' Leonard , 76 of Wildwood. Survivors include his wife, Joan.; two 
sons, Thomas P. of Mechanicsville, Va., and Richard J. of Stafford, Va.; 
daughter, Judith A. Cheape of Charlottsville, Va.; brother, James A. Cheape of 
Coteville, Texas; sister, Nancy L. Harker of Inverness; and five grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was a retired U.S. Air Force colonel with 31 1/2 years as pilot and deputy 
director for support of defense intelligence and a veteran of World war II the 
Korean War and the Vietnam War.

Memorial services held at the funeral home, Chapel with Deacon Nick Deutsh 
officiating.

Interment at Florida National Cemetery with full military honors conducted by 
Lake county war Veterans  Honor Guard.
