Samuel 'Daddy Jack' Lewis, 86, of Wildwood. Survivors incude his long devoted 
companion Thelma Reed; one son, James Arthur Fr. of New Jersey; four daughters, 
Naomi Godinez of New Jersey, Vivian Garvin of Webster, Estella Hilbert of 
Summerfield and Ann Dixon of Wildwood; 11 grandchildren and 26 great-
grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was a mechanic and a Pentecostal.

Funeral services held at Ebenezer AME Church in Royal with the Rev. Demond 
Johnson conducting.

Burial in Oak Hill cemetery, Royal.

Eastside Funeral Home, Leesburg.
