Gilbert Ethen Martin, Sr., 56, of Oxford. Survivors include his wife, Ruth; 
mother Jauneta Martin of Pedro; sons, Gilbert 'Bart' Jr. of Ocala and Aaron of 
Oxford; daughter Patricia Glover of Summerfield; brothers, Hilen Jr. of Pedro, 
Boyd of Pedro and Rodney of Pedro; sisters Wanda Frazier of Orlando, Marvis 
Griffis of Lawtey and Vida Linzmaier of Summerfield; and one grandson, Dalton 
Glover.

Additional Comments:
He worked for Avesta Sheffield Pipe Plant and was a member of Oxford Church of 
Christ. 



also a volunteer fireman and served in the Marine Corps  in Vietnam.



Graveside services held at Pine Level Cemetery in Oxford.
