Frederick John Palmer, 79,  of Webster. Survivors include his wife, Eleanor 
Palmer; one step son, Tom Poole of Orlando; one stepdaughter, Janie Shaffer of 
Mechanicsburg, Penn.; three grandchildren and brothers and sisters from England.

Additional Comments:
He was a director of maintenance in the trucking industry. Ham radio operator 
and served in the Royal Air force as a bonber pilot in World War II.

Also a member of First Baptist church of Webster.
