Patricia 'Lynn' Collins of Wildwood and Mary Anna Boehm of New Port Richie; 
sons Wayne and David of Wildwood; sister, Odessa McElrath of Wildwood; four 
grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
She was a LPN and a Baptist.
