Athanas V. 'Budd' Weltscheff, 83, of Wildwood died Friday Dec. 17, 1999. 
Survivors include four daughters, Christine Weltscheff of Vancouver, Canada, 
Michelle Sheppard of New Canaan, Conn., Catherine Kinsley of Gainesville nd 
Claudine Crawford of Sarasota; a sister, Vivian West of Lake Worth; and six 
grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was a retired businessman and an Army vteran of World Was II.
