Survivors include his wife, Betty, of Lake Panasoffkee; five sons, Stephen C. of Altoona, James of Leesburg, Michael J. of Tavares, William C. of Umatilla and Russel P. of Eustis; a daughter, Barbara J. Lockwood of Altoona; two brothers, Donald W. and Charles W. both of Milwaukee; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Additional Comments: He was self-employed in sales and the former owner of LandPhair Meats, Leesburg ad Bet's Produce, Laker Panasoffkee. He attended First Baptist church of Lake Panasoffkee.
