Additional Comments:
-Note 1: Parents not listed on Death Certificate. Their names were Samuel 
Arnold, who was born in Beaufort Co., SC in about 1825 and Mahalia Ann Bass, 
who was born in Georgia (possibly Lowndes County) in about 1828-1830.

-Note 2: Birth year listed on certificate as 1844. Research and documents 
obtained from Lafayette and Hamilton Counties in Florida put his birth year at 
1847. 

-Note 3: Elmore Eli's Cause of Death is listed as General Senility on the 
certificate. His daughter (my grandmother) told me he got caught in a rain 
storm while fishing on their pond in Wildwood, FL and developed pneumonia 
which caused him to die. 

-Elmore Eli's family orginally migrated from Georgia to Hamilton Co., FL. Many 
are still laid to rest in Hamilton County, FL.

-Children: Charlie C. Arnold; Mary Arnold (possibly a niece); Maggie Arnold 
(possibly a niece); Sarah Elizabeth (Arnold) Phillips; Leila Barbara Arnold) 
Arnold; Mitchell Franklin Arnold; Adeline "Addie" (Arnold) Locke.

- Siblings: Barbara "Barbry" (Arnold) Bass; George Perry Arnold; James R.
