I do however Transcribe any and all Document's as to their exact wording and spelling. I fix a spelling error were possible but the why it is written in the Document is the way you will find them in the Courthouse. Also were the words are illedgeable you will find a Blank Line or a Question Mark. You will also note that Sumter County use to be spelled with a ( P ) in it (eg: Sumpter) as you will find in the document's. Mobley, who has applied to this Court for Letters of Administration upon the Estate of John Mobley - deceased, late of said County and of said State; who having made due and satisfactory evidence before this Court, of Publication and Notice of said application, according to Law: did depose as follows=. I, George R. Mobley, do solemenly swear that, John Mobley died ( Intestate ) ( ? ) - leaving heirs vis: A Wife and ( ? )Children, and that he the said George R. Mobley will well and truely Administer, all and singular, the Goods, Chatters, rights and Credits of said deceased, make a just and true Inventory of the same, pay for his just debts, as far as the ?? of the Estate shall enchant and the Law directs; and make a fair distribution according to the law and render a true account of Adiministration when there to required. Tillman Judge of Probate ____________________________________________________________________________ PROBATE BOOK # A PAGE # 82 and 83 Estate of John Mobley State of Florida} Sumpter County } Know all men by these present that we, George R. Mobley, Grandville Beville and John Tompkins, are hereto and firmly bound unto M.S. Perry, Governor of the State of Florida and his Superiors in office, give in the sum of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars for the payment whereof will and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, excutors, and Administrators jointly and severally, firmly by these presents; Signed with our hands and sealed with our seals this Twenty-Third day of July A.D. (1859) Eighteen Hundred and Fifty-Nine. The above conditions of the above Obligators is such, that if the above bounders, George R. Mobley, Adminisrtator, of all and singular, the Goods, Chatters, Rights and Credits of John Mobley - deceased, late of said County and said State aforsaid, do make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all singular, the Goods, Chatters, Rights and Credits, of the said Deceased, which have, or shall come into the hands, ___?___ ,or knowlege of him, the said George R. Mobley or into the hands of any other person or persons for him, and the same so made, do cause to be efident in the Probate Office for the County of Sumpter (Sumter)at or before the Twenty-Third day of September A.D. 1859. And all the Goods, Chatters, Rights and Credits, of the said deceased, which at any time after, shall come to the hands or (papepior)--???of the said George R Mobley, or into the hand of any person or persons for him, do __?__ and truly administor according to Law, and futher make, or cause to be made a true and just account of his Administration when required, and all the rest and residue of the said Good, Chatters, Rights and Credits which shall be found remaining, upon the said Administration Account, the same being first examined and allowed by the Probate Court of the County, when the said Administration is graunteed and shall deliver and pay to such person or persons respectively, or the said Court, by their order or Decree ( Pursuant to the true intent and meaning of this act), shall appoint and direct; and if it should thereafter appear that any Last Will and Testement was made by the deceased, and the excutor or excutors therin named, do file the same in the Office of said Court - making request to have it allowed and approved by said Court; Their if the said George R. Mobley, above bounders being thereinto required do render and deliver his said Letters of Administration, thus this Obligation to be Void and of No effect, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue; Signed with our hands and sealed with our seal this Twenty-Third day of July A.D.
