It has not been maintained for quite a while and trees are growing around the tombstones that are left. There is one tombstone that some one was trying to steal and left outside the gate. I have submitted this one to the state as a neglected cemetery. The county records for the cemetery state the land is owned by the Missionary Baptist Church with a New Smyrna Florida address but I was not able to locate an owner and the church no longer exists.
