            BIT BY A RATTLESNAKE

   The Wakulla (Fla. Times learns that MR. KENNEDY, a worthy citizen of that 

county, was bitten some days since by a rattlesnake. He applied the white of 

an egg and some salt to the wound and drank freely of spiritous liquor, and 

the next day was able to attend to his business.
