State of Georgia, Appling County. To Hon. Court of Ordinary of said county.

  The petition of George Moody of said county, respectfully showeth
That he is the head of a family by virtue of law, entitled to the benefits
Of the Homestead Act. He therefore prays such action of the court as
May be necessary to exempt from levy and sale the realty and
Personalty set fort in the following schedule
				George Moody, Petitioner

Lots of land no. 24-25-26-68-113 in the fourth district of Appling
County also lot 3 in the 3rd Dist. Appling County.

Total value of land in specie            2000.00
